Awesome Outdoor Pool Parties at Flick & Roosevelt Pools!

Summertime is the perfect time to gather your friends together for some fun in the sun.

Hold your party during public swim hours or rent one of the pools for your very own private affair. Either way, it’s an awesome location for a party that will surely make a splash!

Parties During Public Swim Hours
What a perfect way to celebrate your child’s summer birthday! Just invite all the guests and let us do the rest!

2008 Public Swim Party Package Includes:

One hour in a reserved party area for your meal and birthday cake (indoors at Roosevelt Pool and a shaded outdoor area under our giant party umbrellas at Flick.)
Picnic blanket provided in party area where belongings may be left during unlimited swim time
Party staff will greet you and your guests and will ensure that everything runs smoothly during the time that you are in the reserved party area.
A special food package of a hot dog, chips and beverage for each guest. Party host provides their own party cake, paper goods and eating utensils. (No ice cream cakes. No other food or beverage may be brought into the facility. Food substitutions available for an additional fee.)
Unlimited swimming during public swim hours including interactive water features and exhilarating drops from our multiple slides and diving platforms.

Hours: Parties may be reserved between the hours of 12 pm-7 pm
Days: Parties will be available six days per week. No parties on Wednesdays or July 4.
Flick Pool: June 14-Aug. 16
Roosevelt Pool: June 14-Aug. 16 & Aug. 18-Aug. 25 (parties on Fri/Sat/Sun only for these dates)

2008 Public Swim Party Package Cost (Flick or Roosevelt):
$175 (Residents)/$218.75 (Nonresidents) for up to 20 guests
$6.50 for each additional guest

Private Swim Parties
Here’s a great option for children or adults. You and your guests can have the entire pool to yourself when you rent either Flick or Roosevelt for a Private Swim Party.

2008 Private Swim Party Package Includes:

Exclusive use of the facility including spacious eating areas, rental lawns and water features including slides, diving platforms and playgrounds. (Does not include Tot Spot pool at Flick)
Facility Manager and lifeguards to ensure a safe environment
The option to bring in your own beverages and food to suit the needs of your guests. No alcoholic beverages allowed.

Flick Pool: June 14-Aug. 16
Saturdays & Sundays: 9:30 am-11 am
Fridays-Sundays: 9:15 pm-10:45 pm

Roosevelt Pool: June 14-August 16
Sundays: 9:30 am-11 am
Fridays – Sundays: 8:15 pm-9:45 pm

2008 Package Cost for up to 100 guests:
Flick Pool: $350 (Residents)
Roosevelt Pool: $245 (Residents)
$5.25 per person for each guest over 100

Calling all camps, churches, schools, scouts, day cares or other groups! Plan to bring your group to the newest, award-winning aquatic facilities in the area. Conveniently accessible from any suburban or Chicago location! Advance Reservations Required.

Lifejackets are available for our guests that are not comfortable with their swimming skills. The vests are available on a first comes first serve basis and out pool management staff would be happy to assist your group members with proper size selection and fitting of the life vest.

2008 Group Outings During Public Swim Hours
Organizations of 25 people or more will get a discounted rate during public swim hours if the group has an advance reservation with a $50 deposit. This deposit amount will be deducted from the total amount due on the date of the outing. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation. Group rentals during Public Swim hours are available beginning June 19 at both pools. Advanced reservations are required. For every 10 members in your group, 1 of your supervising chaperons will be admitted to the aquatics center at “no change” during your visit.

Roosevelt Pool: Mon. – Fri.: 11:30 am-8 pm
Fees: $5.25/person at Flick or Roosevelt Pool

2008 Group Rental Hours and Fees
Exclusive use of the facility with 125 guests or less will be charged a flat fee of $675. (Does not include Tot Spot pool at Flick) For exclusive use with 126 guests or more, per person fees listed below will be charged. A $50 deposit is required to make a reservation for any semi-private or private rental. The deposit will be applied to the balance due which is paid on the date of the outing. The deposit is non-refundable in the event of cancellation.

20-99 People: $5.75/person
100-199 People: $5.25/person
