The Glenview Ice Center is proud to host figure skating competitions twice a year. Our February Freeze ISI competition draws local skaters from throughout the Chicagoland area.

The Chicago Open, a USFS competition held in late July or early August draws participants from across the Midwest and beyond. Both of these competitions are open for public viewing with no admission charge.
Bring the whole family to watch our figure skating and hockey program participants perform each spring in the Glenview Ice Center’s annual Ice Show. Colorful costumes, clever sets, and popular music make this an event that shouldn’t be missed!

Invitations to participate in the Ice Show will be distributed to hockey and figure skating class participants the week of December 1.
Tickets go on sale to the general public April 1, 2009
Enjoy these popular skate and dance parties featuring a DJ which take place most Friday evenings from 8:15 to 10 pm between October and April. Admission is $7; non-skating parent chaperones are free!
Avoid winter break boredom! Come to the Glenview Ice Center’s annual Winter Carnival held during the school holiday break. Fun daily events, prizes and treats for the whole family. Watch this space for more information.
